Conditional paragraph end. Generates an p-tag if needed, depending on ''prefix'' and ''join'':<br />
* nothing, in the case of joins;<br />
* nothing, where prefix metacharacters are present like (<code>*</code>, <code>#</code>, or <code>:</code>) which must sit in column 1, don't acquire begin-p tags, and therefore don't need an end p-tag;<br />
